Yoga Master with Decades of Holistic Training and Teaching

Along with his outstanding martial arts career, Sri Pediredla Kanakarao has made remarkable contributions in the field of Yoga for more than four decades. He is a professionally trained Yoga instructor who completed Yoga Trainer Training in 2004, Yoga Siromani Diploma from the International Sivananda Yoga organization in 2012, and advanced Yoga Acharya Training (300 hours) in Rishikesh in 2015. Through his deep knowledge of traditional yogic practices, he has trained hundreds of students and community members, promoting physical fitness, mental discipline, and holistic well-being. His dedication to Yoga earned him the Best Yoga Teacher Award in 2007 and recognition in the India Book of Records in 2023 for achieving the longest duration holding a Headstand pose with a wide-leg posture. He has actively conducted yoga awareness and training programs for the public, including special yoga sessions for the Jatra Walker Association in Madhurawada under the Yoga Andhra initiative in 2025, for which he received appreciation from the Government of Andhra Pradesh. His international contributions include participation in the First and Second International Yoga Day celebrations in Bangkok in 2015 and 2016, where he received appreciation certificates from the Embassy of India, Thailand. Through continuous yoga camps, community training programs, and dedication to spreading the benefits of yoga, Sri Pediredla Kanakarao has significantly contributed to the promotion of yoga as a way of life and has inspired many individuals to adopt healthy and disciplined living.
